Jeanne Hachette Red Version

The Frommann's Jeanne Hachette Transformation deck is a unique set of playing cards created and produced by Maximilian Frommann in Germany, around 1870.

This deck is a part of the Jeanne Hachette family, named after the queen of Spade, which depicts Jeanne Hachette, a heroine of the 1472 Beauvais resistance siege, rather than Joan of Arc. The deck is known as the Hachette red version due to Jeanne's red dress. This deck exhibits 10 updated card designs compared to the eponymous deck created by Belin and published in Grimaud in 1860, including three out of the four aces.
